Unbroken Praise - In the Bible [Verses & Devotional]

We are called to give God unbroken praise, no matter what our circumstances may be. In Psalm 34:1, it says “I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth.” We can give God unbroken praise by praising Him in all circumstances, no matter how difficult they may be.

The lyrics of Unbroken Praise by Matt Redman remind us that our praise should be “untainted” and “unfading”. We should not let our circumstances or our feelings dictate our praise. We should give God our undivided attention and devotion, no matter what. In Romans 12:1, it says “I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.” We can give God unbroken praise by offering Him our whole selves, our bodies, our minds, and our hearts.

The bridge of the song reminds us that our actions should speak louder than our words. We should not just talk about our faith, but live it out in our daily lives. In James 2:17, it says “So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.” We can give God unbroken praise by living out our faith in our daily lives.

Let us give God unbroken praise, no matter what our circumstances may be. Let us offer Him our undivided attention and devotion, and let us live out our faith in our daily lives. Let us bless the Lord at all times, and let our praise continually be in our mouths.
