Praise Goes On - In the Bible [Verses & Devotional]

We can find joy and purpose in life when we surrender to God’s will and offer Him praise. Psalm 100:4 says, “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.” When we offer God praise, we are acknowledging His greatness and power. We are recognizing that He is worthy of all our praise and that He is the one who gives us life and purpose.

The lyrics of “Praise Goes On” remind us that God’s love is a force of grace that is uncontainable. His love is so powerful that it can fill our hearts and make all things possible. This is echoed in Romans 8:28 which says, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” When we offer God praise, we are trusting in His goodness and power to work in our lives.

The chorus of the song proclaims that Jesus is “awesome in this place” and “worthy to be praised.” We can find joy and peace in knowing that Jesus is worthy of all our praise and that His praise will go on forevermore. Psalm 145:3 says, “Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom.” We can find comfort in knowing that Jesus is worthy of all our praise and that His praise will never end.

Let us offer God praise and thanksgiving for His goodness and power. Let us recognize that He is worthy of all our praise and that His praise will go on forevermore. Let us surrender to His will and trust in His goodness to work in our lives.
