Intro

Verse 1

Let this be a place where
You long to come
As we make away for Your love
Let these hands be clean
And this heart be pure
Blameless as the bride
You're coming for

Chorus

It's the power of Your
Presence that changes us
Your glory all around us
and we're undone
You open up the heavens
And fall afresh on us

Verse 2

Let this be a house where
You long to stay
Ever will You meet us
face to face
Abandoned here before
You we want nothing else
Than just to be with You
and You alone

Bridge

Holy spirit fill this heart again
Holy spirit burn like fire within

Fall Afresh - In the Bible [Verses & Devotional]

In the song “Fall Afresh” by Kari Jobe, we are reminded of the power of God’s presence and how it can change us. We are called to make our hands clean and our hearts pure, blameless as the bride God is coming for. We are asked to make this a place where God longs to come and a house where He longs to stay. We are called to abandon ourselves before Him and to want nothing else than to be with Him and Him alone.

The Bible speaks of the power of God’s presence in many places. In Psalm 16:11, it says “You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” This verse reminds us that in God’s presence there is joy and pleasure that will last forever. In Isaiah 6:3, it says “And one called to another and said: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory!” This verse reminds us that God’s glory is all around us and that we should be in awe of His presence.

We are called to make our hands clean and our hearts pure, blameless as the bride God is coming for. This is a reminder of the importance of living a life that is pleasing to God. We are called to be holy and blameless in His sight (Ephesians 1:4). We are called to be pure and holy, just as God is pure and holy (1 Peter 1:15-16).

We are asked to make this a place where God longs to come and a house where He longs to stay. This is a reminder of the importance of inviting God into our lives and making Him a part of our daily lives. We are called to seek Him and to make Him the center of our lives (Matthew 6:33). We are called to make our homes a place of worship and to invite Him into our lives (Psalm 95:6).

Finally, we are called to abandon ourselves before Him and to want nothing else than to be with Him and Him alone. This is a reminder of the importance of surrendering our lives to God and trusting Him with all our hearts (Proverbs 3:5-6). We are called to put our faith in Him and to trust Him with all our hearts (Proverbs 3:5-6).

As we listen to the song “Fall Afresh” by Kari Jobe, let us remember the power of God’s presence and how it can change us. Let us make our hands clean and our hearts pure, blameless as the bride God is coming for. Let us make this a place where God longs to come and a house where He longs to stay. Let us abandon ourselves before Him and to want nothing else than to be with Him and Him alone.

Let us open our hearts to the power of God’s presence and let Him fall afresh on us.
