Worthy Of It All

The song “Worthy Of It All” by CeCe Winans is a powerful reminder of the worthiness of our Lord and Savior. The lyrics remind us that all the saints and angels bow before His throne and all the elders cast their crowns before the Lamb of God and sing. This is a beautiful reminder of the reverence and awe we should have for our Lord. 

The Bible tells us in Revelation 4:11 that “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.” This verse reminds us that God is worthy of all the glory and honor that we can give Him. He is the one who created all things and by His will they were created and have their being. 

The lyrics of the song also remind us that “Day and night night and day, let incense arise”. This is a reminder of the importance of prayer and worship. We should be continually offering up our prayers and praises to God. The Bible tells us in Psalm 141:2 “Let my prayer be set before you like incense; let the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice.” This verse reminds us that our prayers should be offered up to God like incense, and that we should be lifting up our hands in worship and praise. We should be continually offering up our prayers and praises to Him, and remembering that He is worthy of all the glory and honor that we can give Him.
